Sr. Microsoft M365 Consultant

Location: Wisconsin

Position Summary

EDCi has an immediate opening for a Sr. Microsoft M365 Consultant. The Sr. Microsoft M365 Consultant will provide consulting and implementation of Microsoft communication applications including Teams/Skype for Business Server with Enterprise Voice, both on-prem and in Office 365. Position Summary

The Customer Care Project Manager will have responsibility to successfully manage projects in the Consulting/Engineering team for Customer Care. Projects managed are typically assessment consulting and implementation services. Managed Services Engineer

Location: Wisconsin

Position Summary

The Managed Services Engineer will provide courteous, accurate, and timely communications in support of the EDCi Managed Services Contracts and ticket activities. As well as act as internal systems and help desk support for EDCi users and infrastructure. On a daily basis you will receive and respond to IT system generated alerts and tickets, provide technical problem identification, initial troubleshooting and escalate problems as appropriate. The Managed Services Engineer will also track metrics around infrastructure performance and service requests and prepare and present service reports to clients with technical and non-technical audiences. Position Summary

The Senior Software Engineer works collaboratively within an Agile team to deliver business capabilities for customers.
