Since 1979 Electroline and EDCi have grown into an enterprise-wide solutions provider, supplying technology and communications related products and services to corporations in Wisconsin, across the country, and around the globe.

1979

Eugene Higgins acquires Electroline, Inc, an electrical wire/cable distributor

1988

Glenn Higgins takes on President Role

1989

EDCi was formed to address emerging needs/trends in technology and data communications

1999

EDCi expands in the contact center market

2004

Electroline celebrates 25 years in business

2011

Sarah Higgins, daughter of Glenn Higgins, joins the company

2013

EDCi migrates its business systems to an industry leading Professional Services Automation solution

2017

EDCi begins major expansion into healthcare with EHRConnect® software

2019

EDCi acquires Attalus, a Milwaukee-based contact center VAR and opens an office in Milwaukee

2020

  • EDCi verticalized healthcare, splitting out EHRConnect® from the Customer Care business unit, which expanded the EDCi footprint beyond the Midwest to nationwide.

  • EDCi expands into the Microsoft market

2023

Sarah Higgins takes on the President role and Glenn Higgins the Chairman role
