Most recently, he led customer experience strategies at Cisco, driving the development and execution of practical, impactful solutions. His expertise spans service design, delivery management, sales, and operational leadership, focusing on optimizing performance and scalability.

Brian will oversee EDCi’s data center practice in his new role, bringing fresh perspectives to areas such as infrastructure growth and operational reliability. His ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution will play a key role in shaping the company’s offerings.
