With years of experience in IT leadership, Dan joined EDCi in 2007 as the Director of Professional Services. In 2011 he was promoted to Vice President. Today Dan is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of our growing organization.
Director of Customer Care Sales
Jake joined EDCi in 2007 as an engineer. Over the years he expanded his responsibilities to include sales and consulting. Today Jake leads our Customer Care team serving as an expert on AI and the customer experience. He is a Lawrence University graduate.
Marketing Manager + Talent Sourcing
Michele joined EDCi in 2017 as the Marketing leader. She is an enthusiastic brand ambassador with a passion for company culture. Michele is responsible for marketing and PR, driving the company's growth and recruiting new talent.
Senior Manager of Delivery
Nick is an ambitious and dedicated IT professional, with a focus on continuous improvement. He joined EDCi as an engineer in 2008. From there he took on a project management role; today he leads the data center and managed services teams.
Glenn joined Electroline in 1979, the year his father founded the company. He began in a sales role, growing the company through the sale of wire and cabling. In 1989, EDCi was established and Glenn took over as the company president.
Senior Director of Sales
A UW-Madison graduate, Bill brings his passion for technology and sales to EDCi. In 2008 Bill began his career with us leading the virtualization team. Today he manages and motivates our sales force driving the success or our organization.
Lisa is a UW-Stevens Point graduate. She joined EDCi in 2015 as our Controller. Lisa is responsible for the accounting and purchasing teams and works hard to ensure the financial health of EDCi and Electroline.

Travis joined EDCi in 2008 as an engineer with years of customer service experience. Today he leads our Customer Care engineering team ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget and to the quality standards our clients expect.
Principal, Strategic Accounts Representative
The third generation in her family business, Sarah joined EDCi in 2011. Over the years she has held various roles as she learns the business. Today she serves as a Strategic Accounts Representative on the Customer Care team as she helps shape the company for the future.
