Glenn

Chief Executive Officer
Glenn joined Electroline in 1979, the year his father founded the company. He began in a sales role, growing the company through the sale of wire and cabling. In 1989, EDCi was established and Glenn took over as the company president. In 2023, he transitioned into the roll of CEO.

Sarah

President
The third generation in her family business, Sarah joined Electroline in 2011 and EDCi in 2015. Her passion lies in embracing the importance and art of communication in business. Enabling effective communication at all levels ultimately allows everyone’s needs to be met. Sarah serves as President, with specific areas of expertise covering corporate development, customer care, and marketing.  Sarah is a graduate of UW-Madison and Rutgers University.

Dan

Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
With years of experience in IT leadership, Dan joined EDCi in 2007 as the Director of Professional Services. In 2011 he was promoted to Vice President. Today Dan is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of our growing organization.

Bill

Vice President, Data Center Sales
A UW-Madison graduate, Bill brings his passion for technology and sales to EDCi. In 2008 Bill began his career with us leading the virtualization team. Today he manages and motivates our sales force driving the success of our organization.

Jake

Vice President of Experience
Jake joined EDCi in 2007 as an engineer. Over the years he expanded his responsibilities to include sales and consulting. Today Jake leads contact center practice with a focus on sales and the customer, patient, and member experience while applying his mean math skills to find more revenue or reduce cost for his customers. He enjoys reading on anything related to contact centers.

Kris

Human Resources Manager & Electroline Sales Manager
Kris joined EDCi in 2011 as a Human Resources professional bringing years of experience in that field. Holding a few different roles within the company, moving to sales in Electroline in 2014.  Today, Kris manages Electroline’s power and wire division, along with continuing her Human Resources role.  Kris’s passion lies in helping people, which is what makes HR and Sales so enjoyable for her.

Nick

Director of Professional Services, Data Center
Nick is an ambitious and dedicated IT professional, with a focus on continuous improvement. He joined EDCi as an engineer in 2008. From there he took on a project management role; today he leads the data center and managed services teams.

Ben

Marketing Manager
Ben joined EDCi in 2014 as a Business Development Manager. Over the years, he has assisted in multiple practices in business development and solution architecture. His passion for marketing followed him throughout his career. Today Ben leads the marketing team.

Alexis

Director of Product Development
Alexis joined EDCI in 2023 as the Director of Product Development overseeing the software business unit.  She brings over a decade of digital product management experience and agile coaching for teams. She holds active credentials across enterprise design thinking, product, and project management.

Jeff

Controller
Jeff is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh and has been Controller at both Fortune 500 companies and small family-owned businesses. Having also held positions in Operations, including CS Manger and Operations Manager, Jeff brings an “operations perspective” to the Accounting function to drive positive change and achieve departmental and organizational goals.
