EDCi’s Statement on Coronavirus

Alert iconIn response to the on-going concerns related to COVID-19, we wanted to update you on EDCi’s response and actions. EDCi is continuing operations throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and we will continue to provide you the same level of technology expertise you have come to expect from us.
EDCi is closely monitoring the information from the Center for Disease Control and requiring employees to adhere to all guidelines and travel restrictions relating to COVID-19.
EDCi is fully prepared from a technology perspective to effectively work and collaborate remotely to serve customers without disruption. We are open for business with full operations and customer service, as we continue delivering on our promise to be your strategic partner.
Last week we announced that Citrix, Cisco, Genesys and Microsoft have introduced special COVID-19 pricing for their work-from-home technologies. We have been helping customers prepare by extending the reach of their remote systems, validating preparedness of their systems or implementing new systems.
One of EDCi’s core values is “Never stop caring” and today that couldn’t be more true. We wish all of our customers, our communities and our extended families the best of health.
